Move and motion controls suck. I had Move and it was not 1:1 like everyone is touting.
Sold them and got put proceeds toward a Vita. Much more worth it.

I agree. Social and mobile gaming is intruding on our hobby. Mobile gamers are starting to consider themselves "gamers" and that is very far from the truth. Also, we (gamers) add to the fire by constantly giving them credit by calling them the "casual" audience.
I want you to know that the "casual" audience will not get you awesome games like Battlefield 3/Gears of War/God af War/Uncharted/ etc.

OnLive doesn't appeal to me either, but let's be honest. That's where this is all headed. Games will be able to be streamed in the future, bought online or hard copy purchased.
That's where music/movies went and the gaming industry wil follow.
Sony didn't have the foresight to stop Apple from claiming the digital music downloads market. I think they will be better prepared for games. If not they should get prepared.

There is no real need for story in a lot of games. Especially games like military shooters and such. Look at SOCOM, who cares about the characters? I mean great, give them names but I do not need dramatic back stories. Seals are anonymous, don't care who they are fighting, bust the door down and get shit done!
